A sound man with the right equipment, but doesn't charge more than the band makes?

Since 1970, We have been doing business with musicians (playing in bars, weddings, concerts, running sound, lights, etc.) and Reenactors (battle reenactments, rendezvous, etc.) We haven't seen many people that knew how these thing work, or how to work with the individual people. Now we are working with video cameras, audio gear, lighting and post-production equipment. Always looking to push the envelope, not only through technology but also through innovative storytelling. (It still helps to have cool gear, though.)
